Phillip Gregory McKibbins

Phillip Gregory McKibbins is a technology executive with 30+ years of leadership across sports, media, entertainment, and healthcare. Most recently, he served as Global CTO and Chief Innovation Officer at PRV8 & P33R, delivering enterprise AI solutions for all major U.S. professional sports leagues. Previously, he led technology and innovation for the Dallas Mavericks and held leadership roles with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, ESPN/Walt Disney, NBCUniversal, DIRECTV, and Sony Pictures. Earlier, he advanced healthcare systems through HIPAA-compliant technologies impacting over 15,000 patients.
A U.S. Naval Submarine Force veteran, Phillip holds degrees in Biomedical Engineering (USC) and an MBA (Full Sail, Hall of Fame inductee), along with executive education from Wharton, UVA Darden, and UT Austin. His awards include a Sports Emmy and ESPY. He champions ethical innovation, inclusive leadership, and technology that serves people first.
